DATA CONTRACT
Order ID/name, created date, customer/recipient, tags, note/custom attributes, discounts, financial and fulfillment status, line items, SKU, quantity, and order/item values.
Purchase, bill, or expense transaction date, vendor/entity, transaction reference, total amount, expense/account lines, item/account references, and memo when available.
Classification type, the exact triggering field, cost availability and review reason. Records without a configured rule are sent to Review Queue instead of being silently classified.
Configured terms are checked against Shopify order tags, notes, custom attributes and discount codes. Every published record preserves the matching field and text. The rules file contains only confirmed terms; possible gift, seeding or influencer orders remain in Review Queue until Ceci confirms a rule.
Shopify inventory item cost is the current catalog cost at synchronization time. It is shown for operational visibility, not as a substitute for invoice-level or period historical COGS. The report does not invent ROI, ROAS, CAC or campaign revenue attribution.
